Brewer’s Treasures
This page is for short thoughts which does not fall into the poet’s realm, but are interesting reading.
I will start by entering the comment written to me by bouzouki and it reads as follows:
Please understand I am a wandering fool, not to be taken seriously, for my ignorance knows no limits. Perhaps I can be a catalyst, or a catapult, hoping not to be a catastrophic disaster in my wandering. Like Nasrudin, I am inclined to search for my key where the light is, not where I dropped the key. I seemed to find some light here, and since I only know where to put my fingers on occasion, I am limited, almost to the point of distraction. i find that I am challenged enough wandering through your spaces, without having too many trips over the same ground, as much as it gives me the feeling that this looks familiar, and i think i can make it back to the rabbit hole without stepping on the fairies.

Oh Soul so tender
How You flinch at my touch
A purplish glow
Replaces the light
Revealing the bruises
Inflicted by
Life
Why choose this suffering?
Divine creator
of chaos
I cry…
And I plead
Take me back to the beginning
Oh how I yearn to know!
I am willing
Heart wide open
Listening…
Waiting…
For enlightenment
to unfold
